This method gets your new watch to you in 2 to 3 days for most domestic locations although it will sometimes take longer. You may select Express mail during checkout by clicking shipping options. Express mail offers 1 to 2 day service to most locations however some zipcodes will take longer. You may contact your post office and inquire if one day express service is availabe from our shipping zipcode 06051 New Britain, Connecticut. Shipping costs are non refundable

Returns
If you are unhappy with the timepiece you purchase on our website, we
will cheerfully refund your money or ship you a replacement. There will be no refund on used / worn watches. We do not sell used watches. After trying on the watch you have purchased if it is not entirely to your liking and you would like to return it follow the instruction below.
Purchases may be returned (with all contents and full packing)
for refund (there is a 10% restocking fee for all returns and shipping is non refundable) within 30 days to keenan systems LLC please email support@keenansystems.com
to request a RMA. As soon as we receive the returned item
we will ship you a new one or credit your account the same business day.
After the initial 30 day period
watches may be returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement.
We will accept the return of
any item purchased on our web site provided:
- it has not been used, altered
or tampered with in any way
- you include your web
order receipt
- it is returned within 30
days of receipt of the order

is found to be defective in any way after the initial 30 day period, please contact
